A new Shaker Hood System from Classic Design Concepts is one of the first aftermarket parts for the 2010 Ford Mustang GT. The new Shaker Hood system from CDC is a fully functional ram-air like unit that brings in cold air to a factory or aftermarket air box. Sporting a well-designed engine cover with Ford Racing badges the system will attach directly to the top of the 2010 Mustang GT engine giving it a factory look and feel. The hood scoop that brings in the cold air is cast aluminum which is identical to original Shaker scoops on the 1969-1970 Mustang models. The complete kit includes all the mounting hardware, duct work, template to cut the hood, yes you have to cut your hood my friends and detailed instructions. Installation is always left up to the pros but if your a 'Tim the Tool Man' type it should be a breeze with some basic hand tools and a three-hour time slot.
