Tim Duncan scored six points in overtime, including back-to-back baskets that put the Spurs in front for good, as the Spurs beat the New Orleans Hornets 105-98 in OT.

Michael Finley hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer at the end of regulation to send the game to overtime after the Hornets led much of the fourth quarter. Finley finished with 17 points.

The Spurs are the Southwest Division champions. The Spurs will start the playoffs at home, either Saturday or Sunday, against the Dallas Mavericks.

Tony Parker led the Spurs with 29 points. Ime Udoka had 12 points off the bench and Drew Gooden had 11.

The Spurs are on an 8-2 run in overtime, including two straight baskets by Tim Duncan. The Spurs lead 100-95 with 1:21 left in OT

FOURTH QUARTER: Michael Finley hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer. We're going ovetime tied 90-90. Kurt Thomas inbounds to Michael Finley, pass to Roger Mason Jr., back to Finley for the shot.

David West has 32 points, including six in the fourth quarter. The Hornets lead 88-83 with 46.7 seconds left.

David West has 28 points and the Hornets lead 80-78 with 5:09 left in the game.

A Chris Paul jumper has the Hornets in front 76-75. There's 9:02 left in the game. There were three lead changes in the first three minutes of the fourth quarter.

THIRD QUARTER: Tony Parker has 20 points and Tim Duncan and Michael Finley have 11 each. The Spurs lead 70-69 at the end of the third quarter.

Tim Duncan and Tony Parker have combined for 10 points in the first nine minutes of the second half. The Spurs lead 65-62.

The Spurs started the second half with a 9-0 run that included two Tim Duncan baskets. The Spurs lead 57-50.

SECOND QUARTER: New Orleans' Rasual Butler hit a 3-pointer to give the Hornets a 50-48 halftime lead. Tony Parker led the Spurs with 16 points. David West had 19 for the Hornets.

The Spurs are on a 9-0 run with Tony Parker recording a three-point play and a driving basket on back-to-back possessions. The Spurs lead 39-34.

The Hornets are on a 6-0 run. They lead 31-30 early in the second quarter.

FIRST QUARTER: Tony Parker had six points and Michael Finley and Matt Bonner each had five and the Spurs finished the first quarter with a 26-25 lead. David West led the Hornets with 15 points.

Tony Parker has six points. Drew Gooden hit his first shot moments after coming off the bench. The Spurs lead 22-18 late in the first quarter.

Matt Bonner and Roger Mason Jr. each hit an early 3-pointer. The Spurs lead 12-10 at the first timeout.
